Update to Employee COVID-19 Policy (OSHA-ETS)

On January 26, 2022, the OSHA withdrew its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) related to COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for employers. Although we strongly encourage everyone to be vaccinated, following an internal assessment, Dale has elected to withdraw implementation and enforcement of its COVID-19 OSHA ETS Policy.

Unless required for specific projects, Dale employees will not be required to submit weekly COVID-19 testing results.

Remember that certain Project Owners, General Contractors, Construction Managers, or other clients may elect to adopt or continue enforcement of their own COVID-19 policies. In that case, Dale employees on these projects will be required to comply with any stricter requirements (such as a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination or testing program).

Dale employees remain encouraged to receive an approved COVID-19 vaccination, and all other Dale COVID-19 policies shall remain in effect including mandatory masking for unvaccinated employees. COVID-19 and policies/procedures in response continue to evolve. All Dale policies and protocols remain subject to modification in response to changing circumstances and business needs.
