Level 1 Guarded Office Protocols on April 4, 2021

Dale Team,

While hard to imagine, it has been over a year since we shut down our main offices because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. From the outset, Dale has remained committed to protecting the health and safety of the Dale families and our community. COVID-19 has not gone away, but we are confident that this experience has made our team more resilient than ever.

Beginning April 4th, in accordance with Pennsylvania guidelines increasing occupancy limits, our offices will transition to Level 1 of the Dale Office Protocol Matrix. The Level 1 Guarded Office Protocols outline the transition to an Open Office with limitations still in place.

To refresh your knowledge, review the attached matrix and full office protocols online. Listed below are several key points:

  1. Although the workplace is now open to all who require to be at the office to perform their work or desire to do so, personal presence within the building should remain staggered to the extent possible with consideration paid to department, area, or building.
  2. Social distancing must continue to be maintained at all times. All employees performing work in person shall be required to wear a mask in common areas or in group settings except when actively eating or drinking. Continue to wash your hands well and monitor yourself for symptoms.
  3. In-person meetings should be limited to the maximum extent reasonably possible, including both the frequency of such meetings and number of attendees. Masks shall be worn at all times during these meetings when appropriate distancing is not possible..
  4. The online self-screening questionnaire must be filled out daily before entry into any of the Dale buildings.
  5. While visitors may be permitted, each visitor must complete the online health screening and be accompanied by an authorized person.
  6. Regularly clean all frequently touched surfaces.
  7. Stay home if you are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19.

Please remember our responsibility to continue to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and others by maintaining the safety measures in response to the pandemic.

It is recommended that each of you once again complete the COVID-19 Awareness and Office Protocols presentation as was originally required prior to returning to the office in June. Continue to stay informed, and remember that all of these efforts are designed to help mitigate exposure to the COVID-19 virus for each of us.

Lastly, if you have not already done so, we encourage everyone to get the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available to you.

Thank you and stay safe!
