The Dale Family has showed incredible resolve throughout the challenging times presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. We stepped up and recognized our unique responsibility to protect ourselves, our family, and our community! We now need to step up once again.
From the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Dale Team has never wavered from its commitment to follow the science. This includes guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The science shows that best way to protect ourselves from infection and sickness from COVID-19 is by vaccination. Despite the incredible success of the vaccines, COVID-19 cases are climbing throughout the country.
To respond to this most recent wave impacting the local area, and following the updated guidance of the CDC, the Dale Team strongly recommends the following steps for all vaccinated employees:
- Wear your mask indoors while in common areas, in the presence of others, and during in-person meetings;
- Limit in-person meetings in terms of both frequency and number of attendees;
- Avoid crowds;
- Wash your hands thoroughly and often; and
- In all circumstances, if you are sick stay home!
The above measures are requirements for unvaccinated employees.
Last, all who enter the Dale corporate offices are required to fill out the self-screening questionnaire daily. Click here for the link, and continue to make this your priority prior to entering any of the Dale buildings. It is quick, it is easy, it is necessary.
